A Labrador named Brew was relieved from the scorching heat of the asphalt thanks to the unexpected intervention of a kind-hearted police officer. He equipped him with protective boots, paid for out of his own pocket, and gave him a care kit, treats and toys.
On the morning of May 2, 2026, when the temperature was already high, the officer came across a limping Labrador Retriever. He walked with difficulty on the sidewalk alongside his master, who held him on a leash in one hand and his bike in the other.
The man told the police officer that the canine's name was Brew. “ He is in pain », the agent pointed out to him after quickly examining the paw which seemed to have difficulty leaning on. He quickly understood that it was because of the heat of the asphalt.
