Once again, a family was able to shelter from the flames thanks to their dog who realized the danger before anyone else. We had already relayed many similar stories of heroic canines, including those of Rocco the Pitbull and Big Baby the American Bully.
Another of their kind distinguished himself in the field of fire alarm this week. His name has not been revealed, but he saved the lives of his humans, who live in the township of Middle Paxtonpart of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania (United States).
The facts, reported by WGAL News 8took place early in the morning of Wednesday, May 20. Shortly before 5 a.m., the dog in question, which was outside, suddenly returned and jumped on its owners' bed. He was extremely agitated and shaking. He was clearly trying to wake them up and draw their attention to something worrying.

The garage and the family's 2 vehicles destroyed, but no injuries thanks to the dog
The local fire and rescue service (Dauphin – Middle Paxton Fire Company) arrived on the scene shortly after. According to the fire commander, Shane Swensonthe fire had already completely destroyed the garage and the 2 vehicles located there.
Thanks to the rapid intervention of his men, the fire did not spread to the rest of the property. Above all, there were no injuries, and much of the credit goes to the family dog who allowed everyone to get out in time and call for help.
