Panic engulfed Joellewho knew his fragile and defenseless dog was left to his own devices in this environment invaded by smoke. At nightfall, the owner returned home, saddened, but with the hope of finding her companion the next day.

At 2 a.m., Joelle was woken up by a phone call, reports RTL. Thinking it was an advertising call, she finally picked up and heard: “National Gendarmerie. We got your dog back. He was swimming in the middle of the pool”.
Joelle confides: “I had tears, tears”when the news was announced.
A rescue in the middle of the Arcachon basin
Joelle quickly learned more about the ” adventure ” experienced by Hermes. Marionan oyster farmer working in the basin, was at work when she saw a black mass in the distance. She and her colleague approached and shouted. “It’s a dog!” ». They brought their boat closer and were able to save the senior dog. Marion tell : “He completely let himself be done”. A few hours later, and after the intervention of the gendarmerie, Hermes was with his family thanks to the connection of Marion and of Joelle.
A little balm to the heart
