The rescue of this little family took place at the end of June and was immortalized in a video posted on Instagram by Swansea Community Outreach. Made up of a mother dog and her 3 little ones, the family was outside at the mercy of the elements, with only a blanket for shelter, when they were rescued by the association. Taken into care, the 4 dogs are slowly recovering and benefiting from the good care provided by the members of the shelter.
This mother dog and her 3 babies were abandoned outside, exposed to an uncertain environment and protected by a simple blanket when the association Swansea Community Outreach came to their rescue. Through a video broadcast on the account Instagram of the association, Internet users were able to discover, on June 28, the images of a moving rescue.
A blanket for sole protection
The sequence, relayed by the media DogTimewas immortalized by the members of the organization who intervened on site. It first shows the arrival of the latter on the scene before revealing the sad condition in which this nursing dog and her 3 puppies found themselves. Sheltered by a blanket, the dog fed her babies and fought as best she could to keep them alive, in a rather hostile environment. Abandoned by the side of the road, they had nowhere to go.
Unexpected help
But that was before the arrival of these rescuers who immediately understood that the little family needed help. The video shows one of the members of Swansea Community Outreach offering the mother dog water and kibble, which she agreed to take directly in her hand, while her puppies continued to suckle. Not afraid, perhaps she felt that the help she had hoped for had finally arrived.

A shelter for the family
The members of the association were then able to place the mother and her babies in safety by taking them to the safety of their shelter. Away from danger and bad weather, the family can finally recover from their emotions and receive the care that everyone needs. “ This wonderful family was rescued and fostered, but the puppies need vaccinations and the mother has a cough which could end up affecting the puppies », Specified the association in the caption of the video. To conclude the publication, Swansea Community Outreach launched an appeal for donations to support them and meet the medical needs of the 4 dogs.
