Hamburg Central Station: 'Candy' returns safely

Hamburg (ots). On January 15th around 11:21 a.m., a finder appeared at the joint security guard at Hamburg Central Station and handed over a homeless dog. The finder stated that he had just found the dog without an owner in front of Hamburg Central Station on Hachmannplatz. The dog was therefore running around aimlessly.

An officer picked up the French bulldog and took it to the Hamburg Central Station Federal Police Station for further clarification. There the dog was carefully provided with water and toys.

At the same time, the federal police called the animal shelter and reported the discovery of a French bulldog. The animal shelter shared this information with the dog's owner. The overjoyed owner immediately made his way to the police station at the main train station. He told the federal police that his dog 'Candy' suddenly disappeared while unloading the vehicle near Hamburg Central Station. An immediate search was unsuccessful and he was very worried about his dog.

'Candy' was finally handed over safely to his relieved and grateful owner at the Federal Police Station in Hamburg Central Station.
