New Year's resolutions from a dog's perspective
- I only bark when it's really important… like postmen, cats and the vacuum cleaner.
- I don't steal shoes anymore – at most if they smell particularly delicious.
- I practice patience… but only until the treat finally comes out of the bag.
- I stay on the leash when I go for a walk – unless I see a squirrel.
- I sleep less on the sofa… Well, maybe only during the day.
- I pretend to understand the commands immediately – so my human thinks I'm highly intelligent.
- I try my best not to come home wet and dirty every time… but hey, adventures are adventures!
- I give my human an extra wag every day – because love is the best gift.
