Stolen dog back with the master

Altena/Iserlohn (ots). 'Amy' is back! On Monday morning, March 24th, an Iserlohn took up his bitch again at the police station in Altena on Saturday in Iserlohn (North Rhine-Westphalia).

On Saturday, March 22nd, around 7.20 p.m., the owner tied his 'Amy' in a shop passage at Theodor-Heuss-Ring. He saw through the window as a man fed his bitch. He only knew the man from seeing. A moment later, the mixed breed dog had disappeared without a trace. The owner filed a complaint with the police.

The family, friends and dog lovers started a search about messengers and social media. From Altena came information about a man who is traveling with an e -scooter. On Sunday evening, a teacher of the Altenaer Burggymnasium divided the search on all possible channels and thus also drawn attention to the search. Among them was an employee of the Altena police. The guard is in the station complex.

On Monday morning, shortly before 10.30 a.m., she became aware of loud shouting at the train station. She looked out the window, saw a man with an e -scooter and an older dog and really combined. The police officers collected dogs and thiefs.

At the same time, the holder again appeared at the police station in Iserlohn. He wanted to report that his dog was seen in Altena. The officials were able to give him the joyful news: his 'Amy' was just “caught”. He joined his way to the castle town.

The suspect, a 37-year-old Altenaer, receives an advertisement for theft.
