1. Hikes
Late summer is not only the ideal time for trips to nature for us humans. Dogs also get their money's worth because they really like to move again without the high summer heat and the hot surface under the paws. Consciously use this time window for hikes and walks!
2. Nature in the house
What could you collect in nature in late summer, which makes animals happy later in winter? If you have sunflowers in your garden, for example, the kernels would be something that you can offer birds wonderfully in winter and also feed on squirrels. If the flower fades and the back is brown and dried, the kernels can be easily removed.
3. Collect supplies
In late summer it becomes busy in the domestic wildlife. Squirrels in particular can now be observed when collecting winter supply. In different places, create your depots from nuts and seeds. Walnuts and hazelnuts will be ripe from mid -September and are very popular with the croissants.
