Niall Harbison had left everything to settle in Thailand and devote his life to animals in distress. He is the founder of Happy Doggoa refuge located on the island of Koh Samuiand we can no longer count his dog rescues. More recently, his team was entrusted Rocketa puppy suffering from a fairly severe neurological disease.
In a video posted on the account Instagram from the shelter and relayed by Pet Paradeone of the staff members can be seen tending to the young canine and helping him get up every time he falls while trying to stay on his feet.
“ 5 days ago, this 2 month old puppy arrived at Happy Doggowe can read in the caption of the publication. When he was born, his mother accidentally lay on him, which caused neurological damage preventing him from walking, balancing, and even holding his head up. »
Saved by a good Samaritan before arriving at the shelter
Rocket had been taken in by a resident who had tried to take care of him, but the latter had realized that he needed extensive care. Hence his decision to contact Happy Doggo.
The veterinarians of the association created by Niall Harbison duly examined him and established a treatment plan, including physiotherapy sessions.
