Audrey Freeman is, in a way, the guardian angel of animals. The Good Samaritan is used to rescuing and taking in dogs in distress. Recently, she found a black dog and her puppies abandoned in the wild. Since their rescue, the little canine family has been staying with their benefactress and enjoying the second chance they were given.
A few weeks ago, Audrey Freeman came face to face with a skeletal dog who had been abandoned in the wild with her puppies. Weakened by hunger and the care lavished on her babies, the mother staggered.
The animals, which appeared to have not eaten for several days, devoured the plate of food given by their rescuer. After the meal, the latter took them to her home to offer them a new start in life.

Curled up with her babies by the side of the road, she tried to protect them from a world that had completely abandoned them, she continues, and despite everything she's been through…she's still sweet. Always loving. Always kind. I cried when I saw her carrying around a paper plate like it was a treasure because she didn't know if she would have another meal. Just imagine. A dog so hungry, so used to surviving, that a simple empty plate was of capital importance to her. »

This mama has absolutely shattered me. She was nothing but skin and bones. So weak she stumbled when she walked. Curled up with her babies on the side of the road trying to protect them from a world that completely failed them. And despite everything she's been through… she's still sweet. Still loving. Still gentle. I cried watching her carry around a paper plate like it was something precious because she truly didn't know if another meal would come. Think about that for a second. A dog so hungry, so used to surviving, that even an empty plate felt important to her. How do people do this? How do you dump them and drive away? How do you sleep at night knowing this mama was out there starving while trying to feed her babies? Karma might not catch up to some people on this earth… but one day everybody answers for the things they've done. No animal deserves this kind of suffering. No mother deserves this kind of pain. I'm grateful they're off the road now, but my heart is absolutely broken over what they had to endure before somebody finally stopped to help them. ???? The little dog family has nothing to fear anymore
As we can see in other videos, the dog – named Arya – has settled well into her new cozy nest with her litter.
The whole family receives appropriate care and a lot of love. The doggies take full advantage of their comfort and know that a bright future awaits them thanks to their heroine.
