Freiberg am Neckar. The freshly launched non -profit animal protection association Rescute, based in Baden Württemberg, sets itself the goal of saving dogs from Hungary from the street and from killing stations and conveying it to Germany. The association, which is dependent on donations, works with three Hungarian partner animal homes – based in Békéscsaba, Kecskemét and Lajosmizse.

The organization pays particular attention to placing the dogs responsible not only responsibly, but also sustainably. What distinguishes the club from many others: Rescute in particular offers the dogs a platform that are not very important to others – the big ones, the blacks, the anxious.

“We want to give the dogs a voice that are often overlooked. Our claim is to create real perspectives and work transparently-both in exchange with adopts and with our other stakeholders,” emphasizes Jeannine Ficht, co-founder and chairman of the CEO at Rescute.

Animal protection association RescuteRescute's work does not end in the mediation: educational work, support for partner organizations in Hungary and the sensitization of people – for example via social media – are also part of the profile. The association carefully accompanies every adoption: preliminary controls, personal advice and close cooperation with certified foster homes ensure that every dog moves into a responsible home.

Instead of mass mediation, Rescute focuses on respectful and responsible animal welfare. “We don't just want to convey dogs, we want to create the right connections-so that it is precisely those who are otherwise overlooked a real chance of a happy life and, above all, are not passed on,” adds Yara Moteirek, co-founder and second CEO at Rescute.

Under the motto “Rescue alone is not enough”, the association is planning its own castration campaign in Hungary for the coming year. A crucial step to fight the suffering at the root and reduce the misery of the street dogs sustainably.
