Munich (ots). On Thursday afternoon, October 10th, the Federal Police in Munich received a call for help from a Munich man whose dog had escaped from the Westkreuz S-Bahn stop and got on the S-Bahn. However, the trip ended a little later. At around 12 p.m., the Munich Federal Police Inspectorate received a report about the escaped dog 'Chicka', who had boarded an S-Bahn line S6 towards Pasing.
On the S-Bahn, a passenger became aware of the enterprising animal and took 'Chicka' into her care. A federal police patrol was already waiting at the Pasing train station to look for the dog. Peacefully and perhaps a little disappointed about the sudden end of her venture, 'Chicka' was handed over to the emergency services. They suddenly put the animal in the police bus and brought it safely back to its happy owner at the Westkreuz stop. And dogs don't experience a ride like this in a patrol car every day.
