What they didn't know was that the quadruped was found shortly after and entrusted to the local firefighters, those of the Sparks Fire Department. Realizing, based on his behavior, that they were dealing with a family dog and that he was lost, they immediately scanned him for an identification chip.
Relief and reunion
The firefighters were thus able to obtain the contact details of his owners and contact them to tell them that he was safe and sound. While waiting for their arrival, the firefighters took care of him at the station.
