Winnie did not give birth to it, but it was given to him by his family, since it is a stuffed puppy that has the same coat color as his.
The dog, who lives in New Jersey (United States), does not go anywhere and does absolutely nothing without her little one. She is so attached to him and concerned about his well-being that she even shares meals with him, especially breakfast.
